  • Did you know that tea contains only 1/4 to 1/2 the amount of caffeine contained in coffee?

Caffeine Averages of Milligrams per 8 oz. Serving

  • Green Tea/White Tea  25 - 50 mg
  • Black Tea/Oolong Tea 30 - 60 mg
  • Decaffeinated Tea 1- 8 mg
  • Coffee 100 - 120 mg

*NOTE: All Herbal Teas are naturally caffeine free
